Ironing table is provided in common area with dinning table, furniture, kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, hood and Hob and all other necessary items and washing machine for laundry is available too. Light cooking is allowed but if you are into regular heavy cooking then we expect you to keep kitchen clean (no turmeric stains on kitchen slab, no oil spills, no throwing of extra food waste down the drain ) just keep the kitchen clean and hygienic as you would like it at your home. We expect our potential tenant to keep house tidy and use household items with utmost care. We are quite easy going couple and don’t really interrupt our tenants privacy. Less than five mins walk to bendemeer and Bong keng mrt. Mustafa and city square is less than 15mins by walk. You will actually be living in city fringe area so perfect location for those who are working in city but don’t want to pay high room rentals, also, great location for easy access to Suntec, north bridge, Beach Road, raffles, Novena, Balestier, Clarke quay, harbour front, lavender , Kallang, Little India and other nearby locations. We are just only one stop change to Changi Airport mrt. Great location, clean house, great neighbourhood This room is strictly for single person ONLY.
